Bree has long-term experience working with children, adolescents and adults who may present with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harming, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is qualified to conduct Psychometric assessments for Specific Learning Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities and Personality Disorders. Bree is skilled in several treatment-types such as  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Catherine has been a Paediatric and Adolescent Speech Language Pathologist since 2013 spending her time providing assessment and therapy within multidisciplinary teams. She has worked with Neurodivergent children and teenagers for the majority of her professional life and is a trained Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) assessor and has been part of an Autism multidisciplinary team.

Alana has been working as a Provisional Psychologist since 2020, completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology in December 2022. She has experience in working with children, adolescents and adults in private practice, community health and multidisciplinary practices.Alana is trained to assess and provide treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, emotion regulation, social-skill building, behavioural difficulties and substance-abuse disorders. She is trained to use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, Alana has experience in assessing Specific Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

Silas been working as a Provisional Psychologist since March 2022, gaining experience in the research environment at Macquarie University. From this time he has worked with children, adolescents and adults in private practice, providing assessments and treatment. Silas has also been involved in the assessment of neurodivergence disorders such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder; Autism Spectrum Disorder; specific learning disorders like Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia; and a variety of anxiety disorders. He uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Kath started working as a Provisional Psychologist in 2023 gaining experience in the practical component of her Master of Professional Psychology at the University of New England (completed in 2023). She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both education and psychology sectors, and has worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, externalising behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Kath uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Kath is also an accredited Lifeline Crisis Supporter and is experienced in providing crisis care to suicidal help seekers. She is the proud mother of two daughters and enjoys portrait painting, walking on the beach, kayaking, and learning ukelele.

Kathryn has been working as a provisional psychologist since 2023 and completed her Master of Clinical Psychology in December 2024. She has experience in a variety of private practice settings working with children, families, adolescents and adults. Kathryn has also had placement experience in a primary school setting assessing for ADHD and performing cognitive testing. She uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.



Isabella King - Receptionist


FOCUS

Isabella is currently completing a double degree in Criminology / Psychological Science at the University of Newcastle. Isabella is keen on learning new skills from the Mind and Me Psychology Team which will benefit her in her university journey to becoming a Clinical Psychologist.

Isabella's passion to help others and her interest in mental health, and its importance, will be explored through assisting clients with any administrative duties that are needed. You will see Isabella at the clinic on various days.





Leigh Irvine - Receptionist


FOCUS

Leigh joined Mind & Me Psychology in July 2023, but has worked for the past 15 years as a Practice Manager at various psychology practices across the Central Coast.Leigh brings a wealth of knowledge in relation to allied health referrals and procedures, and will be at the Practice on Tuesdays to assist clients.
