Mood Difficulties
What do we mean by Mood Difficulties?
The most common forms of mood difficulties (sometimes called Mood Disorders) are depression, bipolar disorder, dysthymia (persistent depression), substance-induced mood disorder, and anxiety.
Some Symptoms of Mood Difficulties
- Ongoing sad, anxious, or “empty” moods
- Feeling hopeless or helpless
- Having low self-esteem
- Feeling inadequate or worthless
- Excessive guilt
- Relationship problems
- Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
